Brianna Moon is a fashion designer, blogger, and makeup artist based in Rhode Island. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a BA in Art Studio and a BS in Textiles, Merchandise and Design. She studied day and runway makeup design while working for M.A.C Cosmetics. Brianna honed her design skills as an intern at CK Bradley in Newport and in the accessories department at Harpers Bazaar magazine in New York City.

While in New York, the history, ambience and fast-paced lifestyle inspired her. Brianna also discovered her taste for French fashion and femininity. Brianna’s first collection, Let them Eat Cake was influenced by Marie Antoinette. While studying luxury designers in Lyon, France, Brianna learned how to construct garments and fell in love with vintage fashion.

The 1940's and aviation inspired Brianna’s Navigation collection. For the runway, she created a Tim Burton-inspired makeup design to convey a 1940’s-gothic feel. Unlike her last collection, this one features leather and is edgier. The departure shows Brianna’s diverse ability as an artist.  She said that her collection is the transition between femininity and masculinity.
