Gina began working for StyleWeek at their inaugural fashion show in 2010 by assisting models behind the curtain. Since then, she has fallen in love with the biannual event, the organization as a whole, and the team's overarching goal to become a leading innovative powerhouse within the fashion industry.

Creativity is a vital part of her everyday life; from doodling in the margins of her notebooks to designing, painting, and restoring a kitchen table for her apartment. Gina, in her spare time, reads numerous fashion blogs, tweets, and even has her own fashion photo-blog on Lookbook.nu. 

Gina is currently a senior at the University of Rhode Island pursuing a double major in Public Relations and Textiles, Fashion Merchandising & Design. Her involvement in URI's Fashion Merchandising Society as vice president and her internship experience in New York City have helped prepare Gina for her current role as PR Associate and Chief Executive Assistant to the President at StyleWeek.
