A Rhode Island native, Jasmine has always been inspired by the cultures and subcultures of Providence.  She believes in the unique offering of creative talent, signature to the area.  She views fashion as an important part of any city's artistic landscape, as it is inextricable from music and all other mediums of expression.  As a member of the PR Team she is eager to represent all StyleWeek designers, increasing their visibility to the public and a variety of mass media outlets.  Her experiences in radio-broadcast and writing have fostered a love of open dialogues between the public and the creative community.  She studied Textiles Merchandising and Design at the University of Rhode Island, where she focused on fashion writing and apparel studies.
